Nico Pablo is managing the local iteration of a regional film festival that showcases storytelling as a tool for social impact. Prior to xchange, Nico handled communications, programs for youth changemaking, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) work for an NGO across its global, regional, and local offices, and was an associate creative director for a boutique advertising agency. Nico is especially interested in the intersections of creativity, queer expression and movements, and equitable impact.
