Erika supports entrepreneurs and impact enterprises in building an ecosystem focused on social innovation. She also leads co.lab, a community for changemakers and start-ups. Her experience includes roles at UNDP’s Accelerator Lab, Vents for PHL, and BRITE, all fostering community-driven solutions. Previously, she was Managing Director at Hapinoy, empowering women micro-entrepreneurs, and Regional Director for World Youth Alliance, a UN-affiliated organization focused on dignity and development. Erika has also worked in strategy and communications, specializing in FMCG, banking, real estate, and logistics industries.
