Cecile Latuno
Incubation Manager
A licensed lawyer, Cecille oversees the program with WWF by delivering targeted technical assistance, strategic mentorship and effective governance support to early-stage enterprises focused on the plastic problem.
Prior to joining xchange, she was Program Manager at the Ateneo School of Law-Ateneo Human Rights Center and mentored law students in pro bono casework through the Clinical Legal Education Program. Cecille also worked at the Department of Justice as Assistant Secretary, where she represented the Philippines in dialogue and treaties related to social development, good governance, human rights, disaster response, and climate change.
